We can accept payment/credit cards via Paypal. Please send your order to Contact@pausedesigns.com. In addition, we also accept payment by mailed-in cheque, gold coins, money order or well concealed cash.

What is American Apparel, and why should I care?

American Apparel is 100% sweatshop free clothing apparel. It's manufactured entirely in LA, and (arguably) makes the highest quality t-shirts in the world.

How come Ken hasn't responded to my e-mail I sent him months ago?

Ken is a big piece of crap who never checks his messages unless he really REALLY knows he's getting something.  For the most part, you'll be safest sending things to Eric or contact@pausedesigns.com... someone will pass along the gist of it to him.

How long will shipping take?

Once payment has been confirmed, the item is shipped immediately. None of this 6 to 8 weeks nonsense -- we won't sell you an item unless it's in stock. Shipping inside Canada, as well as Airmail to anywhere in the world usually takes under a week.

Can I change my order after I have totaled my sale?

Yes, you can hit the "Shopping Cart" link and add or delete items before you finalize your sale. Just make sure you only click the "Submit" button once! This will avoid any duplicate charges.

If the prices in your online store are all in Canadian dollars, can I still use US dollars, Euros, British Pounds, etc. to pay with?

Absolutely. If you're using Paypal, it will automatically convert the currency to Canadian Dollars for you, and more than likely, your country's currency is worth more than Canada's, so the price will be a lot lower for you!

Are all the images in the gallery section drawn/photographed by you guys?

Andrew has declined to respond to this question.  This will be investigated further as soon as I am in the same room as him when he is asleep.

What’s the best way to keep my tee looking new?

Follow the care instructions as closely as possible and keep ironing to a minimum. Washing it in cold water inside out, helps too. Hot water will make the tee colour fade more quickly.

What's cooler than being cool?

Ice cold, baby. Ice cold.

How much do tees shrink?

They'll shrink about 5% in length and width, if care instructions are followed correctly. This is about 1 1/2" for both measurements. Not following care instructions can result in more shrinkage. Wash them in cold water and hang dry them.

Do you ship internationally?

Of course we do!

Why are some of your clothes limited edition?

Nobody wants something everyone else has. We like to think of our clothes as collectible pieces of art.

At Pause we want you to love what you order. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, please return the item(s) for an exchange, refund or credit. All returns must be in the original condition that you received them in. If you received the wrong item or if the item is defective, we will reimburse you for the cost of shipping the item back to us. All returns must be made within 30 days of placing your orders.

I want a tattoo of some of your artwork. Is this okay with you guys?

Absolutely. But we definitely want pics of it when it's all finished.

I was born ugly, will Pause clothes help me be cuter?

Yeah totally! It's a scientific fact the more Pause apparel you own, the higher your sex appeal is.
